Dreamsicle/People Eater and Duck Foster
TNR Recovery Hold Began on September 19th, 2023
These two little girls came to us on September 19th; they were rescued from a very large colony. As all our foster parents and rescue organizations are swamped this year, the plan for this large clowder is to TNR as many as possible. When we have more room, those that are deemed adoptable will enter foster care again and find their forever homes. This has been a very bad year and I, along with other foster parents, are tapped out! Dreamsicle, (UCC name 'People Eater') had a tough time of it. Due to a difficult birth situation she had to have subcutaneous fluid administration... she had an infection and was in a lot of pain. Duck's surgery was nominal and mended quicker than Dreamsicle.

Duck was returned to her colony and will have access to an inside area. Dreamsicle/People Eater with us from - Sept 19th to September 25th, 2023.
Dreamsicle has gone onto her next journey, a foster home or release. Either way, neither she or Duck will have to worry about taking care of baby kittens again! Have long, health happy lives girls.

It is always a relief when a sick or injured feline starts to eat. Dreamsickle/People Eater liked the chicken best and snarfed that down almost immediately.
